The home is also located 45 minutes from downtown Asheville. You are app. 30 minutes to Asheville Regional airport and Brevard, and 45 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate and AVL. You are also app. 30 minutes from everything in Brevard, and easy access to just about everything in the area.
